How this calculator works
The calculator works backwards from your target. It divides the target (minus the future value of what you already have) by the growth of ₹1 invested monthly until your target age.
Things to keep in mind
- Remember that ₹1 crore 25 years from now will buy much less than today. Check the Inflation calculator.
- Starting 5 years earlier often halves the SIP needed.
- Add a yearly step-up to reach the goal with a smaller starting SIP.
